Dormancy

Should your account remain inactive for 12 months it will be classified as dormant.

If the account is identified as dormant we will contact you (the representative) to make you aware and request that a response is made regarding the intention for the account.

It may be that you wish to close the account. In that case please refer to Closure Requirements within the support page for further information.

If we have not received a response after 3 months we will begin the closure process automatically. Please be advised that if there is an outstanding balance remaining on the account there will be regular charges applied until it is cleared and in a position to be closed.

We will update you via email prior to any charges being taken.
