Password Requirements
Your password must be a minimum of 12 digits and must contain the following:
- A minimum length of 12 characters.
- at least one number.
- at least two letters.
- at least one upper case letter.
- at least one lower case letter.
- at least one special character (e.g. !,@,#,$ etc, but spaces do not count).
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for sign-in improves account security by adding a second authentication method in addition to your sign-in password.
2FA transmits a code which must then be entered into the poundtoken site when logging into your account. There are two options for receipt of the 2FA code, either via your email address or via an authenticator like Google Authenticator.
2FA helps protect you against attacks because an attacker would need your username, and password and also be in possession of your 2FA code to sign in to your account.
