Why did I not receive my full issue amount?

There are two factors that could account for this:

1. When transmitting the funds from your own bank account the instruction must specify Remitter to pay all charges to ensure the full amount is received by us when issuing poundtoken.
2. When issuing poundtoken there is a fee of 0.10% taken from the amount.

Under the Funding header please select Issue, here you will find a calculator that provides an indication of the fee value that will be taken from the amount received.
